Process example
Scheduling
When you request a valet, we will schedule a pickup window with you.
Pick-up
We will confirm the pickup window the morning of the appointment.
The driver will contact you when they are leaving the dealership with an approximate ETA.
The driver will contact you when they arrive.
Servicing
An advisor will contact you to confirm the work to be completed.
Delivery
An advisor will contact you to confirm the work has been completed, arrange for mobile payment, and confirm drop off window.
The driver will contact you upon arriving at the drop off location and leave the keys as per your instruction.
